Mr Adam Ismail Ebrahim
Adam Ismail Ebrahim has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Oasis Group of Companies since its inception in 1997. He has 38 years of investment experience, which includes over 23 years as a portfolio manager. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr Mohamed Shaheen Ebrahim
Mohamed Shaheen Ebrahim has been the Chairman of the Oasis Group of Companies since 2002 and has a wealth of experience which he gained over more than 40 years in business. He is also the Oasis Group’s representative on the Shari’ah Advisory Board which oversees the ethical investments made by the sub-funds of Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC Funds.
Mr Nazeem Ebrahim
Nazeem Ebrahim has been the Deputy Chairman of the Oasis Group of Companies since 1998 and is responsible for legal, compliance and marketing. He sits on the boards of a number of regulated financial services companies, including asset management, mutual fund administration, retirement fund administration companies and a South African JSE Stock Exchange Limited listed Shari’ah compliant property investment fund. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa with the right to represent parties before the High Court and his professional experience spans over 30 years of business and legal practice. He is also a member of various industry bodies that represent the collective investment and asset management industries.

Mrs Zahrah Ebrahim
Zahrah qualified as a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in the field of management sciences (Law), and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) from the University of Cape Town. She serves as a director of Oasis Crescent Wealth (UK) Limited, the Authorised Corporate Director of Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC and a financial advisory services firm that has been providing advisory services on the Oasis funds to the UK retail market, since 2012.
Zahrah’s experience and key insights in the financial services and the asset management industry has been nurtured from an early age. She has worked in a number of teams dealing with Industrial, commercial, and residential property development projects and is a member of the Model Portfolio and Policy Group committees.
Mrs Bint Nur Ebrahim Cassim
Bint Nur holds a Bachelor of Business Science Degree as a Finance and Accounting major and a Master of Commerce in Financial Management from the University of Cape Town. She serves as a director of Oasis Crescent Wealth (UK) Limited, the Authorised Corporate Director of Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC and a financial advisory services firm that has been providing advisory services on the Oasis funds to the UK retail market, since 2012.
Bint Nur has been a member of the research and investment team as an Oasis analyst since 2015 and is a member of the Model portfolio and Policy Group committees. Serving as the director of two asset management firms, she is also the founder of a successful e-commerce company and brings valuable experience and insight to the investment function.
Dr Yousuf Mohamed
Dr Mahomed has served as a director of Oasis Crescent Management Company Limited since 2005, a manager of a broad range of collective investment schemes in South Africa. Dr Mahomed has also served as a Director of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited, a management company for collective investment schemes in property, as well as a Director of the Oasis Crescent Property Fund, a closed ended stock exchange listed property company from 2006. Dr Mahomed has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and is the majority owner of Mahomed Sales and Warehousing, LLC, a medium sized parts supplier to the motor industry in the USA. He also has various directorships and partnerships in property related entities
Mr Kevin Anthony O’Doherty
Since November 2006, Mr O’Doherty has served as Director and Principal of Compliance Ireland Regulatory Services Limited and City Compliance Regulatory Services Limited, consulting firms specialising in regulatory affairs and educational services in Ireland, United Kingdom and the Middle East. He also acts an independent non-executive director to a number of regulated and unregulated firms. In 2014, Mr O’Doherty established Quayside Fund Management Limited, which acts as a Management Company for UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds.
