In pursuit of its ideal of establishing a workforce reflecting the demographics of the population that it serves, the company seeks to recruit employees from all sections of the community. A special effort is made to solicit applications from suitable previously disadvantaged candidates for each vacant post. Our recruitment strategy will continue to focus on the employment of both technically qualified Chartered Accountants, and CFA Charter holders; together with the ongoing employment of graduates, and post graduates through our Graduate Recruitment Programme. Internal training is provided across all divisions throughout the year to the designated groups such as induction programs, on the job training, systems training, coaching, refresher regulatory updates, changes in business processes.
External training is also provided to employees in functions including seminars, regulatory examinations, tertiary qualifications ensure that the employees CPD are always up to date.
We provide training to existing employees in order to upskill staff with the objective to grow our capacity and retain control of the skills requirements and intellectual property. This implies that our employees are continuously learning in order to familiarize themselves with a fast changing local and global economy.
